Your credit card details are required for the payment of $29.95 inclusive of gst and processing costs. The site is secure but alternatively you can phone 1300 655 053 and provide details over the phone. Your e-mail address is also required.

You then receive a web address permitting you to print 6 or 7 sheets of information and the ‘Collection of Information’. This vital first step explains how to organise your requirements in preparation for drafting your Will. A few days later you receive a 24 page Will kit which is chock-full of information regarding matters mentioned above which you need to write the Will. This kit also includes the Register which enables you to record your assets and beneficiaries. By referring to your personal details, ‘Collection of Information’, and the Will kit you can understand the wide scope and also how to go about writing your own Will.

You practice on the supplied sheets until satisfied with the document.

At this stage you have alternatives! You can then use the secret code advised to you to access a website (without further cost). The “Collection of Information” site is opened up and you transfer your details into it online, completing the various fields as you select them. When your entries clearly reflect your wishes then you simply print out the finished Will.

The program melds your details with the appropriate legal clauses and you can print out two, three or four copies of your Will. These are absolutely legal and acceptable within the Courts.

Alternatively you can utilise the clauses advised within the kit and transpose your draft onto the sheets of Will paper which are supplied within the kit to produce a perfectly legal Will.
