REIQ CONTRACTS AVAILABLE TO THE PUBLIC

Reiq contracts are referred to by various names such as house contracts, land contracts etc. If you are dealing with a house or vacant land in Queensland the appropriate contract amongst the different types available is titles ‘REIQ Contract For Houses and Residential Land’.

A Town House, Unit or Group Title requires ‘REIQ Contract for Lots in a Community Title Scheme’. They are not interchangeable!
